1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mingos ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the Service

Mingos is a platform for organizing game sessions and connecting with friends ("Flocks"). You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google authentication. By doing so, you grant Mingos access to your basic profile information (name and email address) solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account. We do not share this information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others; post spam or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Mingos offers an optional Supporter subscription for $1/month, processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through Settings. All profits are donated to charitable organizations including temples, churches, and food banks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within the App are the property of Mingos. You retain ownership of any content you create (e.g., flock names, session notes), but grant Mingos a license to store and display that content within the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
